Hampton, Vic

Fox 105, Gator 6.0, Tribal 34cm

Great session. I like speed but also so good to get into the deep water and swells for a bump and jump session.

Started out underdone, but then the wind really filled in and the swell came up. Fantastic fun.

Pensioners Point

S 12kts, E15 kts

Patrick 135, Koyote 7.4, Tribal 34

Hmmm.  equipment problems lead to a late start and changing conditions at high tide.  No flat water anywhere

Last run of the day was a long down winder through the chop.  Challenging but fun

Lake George, SA, AU Launched from cockies today to break out of my 5 mile comfort zone, not the best day to do that, wild and tough sailing there, headed up to 5 mile for a couple of runs but not the same experience. Lost my Garmin Fenix 6 watch too, probably in the lake but maybe around the cockies launch area if anyone finds one, green strap 5.5/5.0/55w/17 speed demon

Lake George, SA, AU

First speed day in a year and I've had a shocker. Somehow managed to lose my RDM boom shim and not notice until the wrong end of the Upper (??) Five Mile mud walk. Pretty much like speed sailing with my very first 1980s HiFly rope boom SurprisedLaughing Aside from the ridiculously wobbly boom was so much fun to finally be out in some decent wind.

I put on a fin to make sure I didn't go sideways.  But pffft... anyone can sail with a uni.

I saw a drone so spent most of this session chasing it around and making sure I looked pretty.  I wasn't going to post but then I saw that I beat Salty and Dezza so it's okay.

Fins do f all.
