One run at greenpark huts and got blown off the water. Back to the estuary for some runs in the shallow water. Pete you mite of started something as it lots of fun besides the boggy ground. At least it soft anyway. Need a weed fin as Mike's 23 @37  still caught the weed at times. FS 50 M5 6.2 Mykz 23. One run added from greenpark

Christchurch Estuary, NZ ..I was sailing for quite a while after sunset Dan, it just got better and better, more and more flat - I was eventually running aground though in some gybes/Alpha's.

I was thinking about your question, 16 versus 18, before my 18 wore down I actually felt a little over-finned with it, and so I think you would as well, especially as you like going really fast, and maybe the tail of your board might be a little narrower than mine as well. ..On the other hand I've found it remarkably easy to reposition upwind with the 18, and also it can accellerate my board in a short distance better than any other fin I've ever sailed with. And that definitely feels like an advantage to me, especially if there's only a short stretch of flat water in front of me, as is often the case on the estuary.

Carbon Art 82, Loft RB 5.0, Flikka 22, Tribal 18 worn down to 15.5

Great score Olivia, especially your "2 second" and "5 x 10 speeds" are very impressive indeed for your young age and light weight. ..20 knots on water is fast, it took humanity thousands of years to reach 20 knots on water.
