Looked like there was more wind but there was a lot of people chugging and the wingers were struggling so out with the big gear again.    Probably should have gone with a different fin to get more speed but the shallow tide kept me with the Fangy.   Another pleasant day in the sun in boardies with the Boss and Fingers plus the usual suspects.  iSonic 117, SvT 8.6, FF28

Powered up foil in the late arvo on the Swan.

Launched around 4:15, and the breeze booted to 18-22K, so I was lit on the combo...Hydro 91 + 650 wing + 7.0.

Fun sesh.  Wasn't expecting so much wind, so pretty happy

I had a shocking session today. Overpowered in the gusts and underpowered in between. Not a goldilocks day. I felt I would have got going better with a pointer but it was too shallow.  I wasn't having much fun so I decided to call it a day early. 

I have done only 4 km and I feel like I have been hit by a bus. That box jellyfish sting seems to have sensitized my body to pain. 

It was however, lovely out in the spring sunshine catching up with friends, and good to meetReg's son David.
