Strange day for wind. Just as I got the board down to the beach, wind swung to NW (offshore at Kyeemagh) and virtually died. Good chance tyo catch up with Remi in th shallows and discuss gear, sailing tactics while we waited for something to happen. And then it did. Sudden swing to NE and up to 20+kn with gusts of 25kn. Great session for 1.5 hours avoiding the jellyfish at high speed, right in the slot for the 6.6m. The wind started to die early ahead of the front and the jellyfish amassed near the runway. Fe;lt like a fourth runway in the water! Great sesh though.
