Wow what a mission, it was windy and the tide was a bit high at first,we had to squeeze speed out of a small piece of flat water. Then of course the wind died as the tide went down .
Great fun out just surviving a real buzz with the boys Stew Dave and VT

Another great sail at Stanley, this time at East Inlet. Wind was howling when we got there (local weather station had 48 knots), but we needed to wait for the tide to drop a bit. Managed a few test runs in what felt like about 35-40 knots, before the bar was exposed, but pretty dicey with the rolling chop. Then as the tide did drop, so did the wind, to about 25-30 knots. Still great fun, but just not enough wind to be powered up on the small gear!
Sailing with Perks, Stew and Vitalii!! Quite full on at the start, so well done all!!

Another speed sail at Stanley! It was survival at the begining of the session for me, a lot of spinouts. Then the wind dropped a bit, chop setteled and I was able to sail. Need more practice. Great session guys!
