Sailed like a big fatty boomba....

Coodanup, WA, AU Beautiful day once again with a multitude of sailors sending it. Me...I was in Gumby mode.  Tried too many variables at once.. CA speed board and Koncept sail..couldn't get it together, changed to CA 66 and it was easier but I was too knackered. Anyway still had fun, nearly wiped out a Kiter, we both didn't see each other, he came over and introduced himself when I was de rigging and we had a laugh about it.

Carlisle St, Safety Bay. Was going to go to Coodanup for first time this season but had a dinner engagement at 6.30pm (despite strict instructions that I'm not available during summer till 7.30pm!) and traffic was diabolical on way down so went to Safety Bay instead. It was bloody windy, gusting to 32 knots and swell/chop was all over the place, making it difficult to get a clean run. Hung on despite needing to strap up a couple of fingers still sore after a catapult in Shark Bay a couple of weeks ago. Radix98/Turbo5.5/WS25

Another great session with the Melville regulars and a fisherman who insisted on casting at the start of the Point Walter speed run. Better tide today, some good gusts but looked holey when I arrived so rigged the mistral 112, tws29, reflex 7m
