Lilacs, Albany. is111, 6.2K, 22FF

A short light wind session to work on alphas, but the muscles were too fatigued after yesterday, so I gave it away.

albany today not as many out today as it was frontal; with wind all over the place

went up to do the nautical mile and only got 25 knots i must have gone to sleep half way down

carried 6kg of weight today and where i have been normally getting around 25-26 knots i got 28.80 on my first run

looks like i  have to wear weights  all the time now if i want to go fast seeing i have lost 8-9 kgs of body fat, down to 63 kgs now

with that weight i found it very hard to get out of the mud. as i keep saying i need to gybe to stop this

great mob out over the last few days, great to see 3 ladies sailing with the guys

Fingers, try a smaller sail rather than weight jacket. Today you were on a fairly large sail, I was on 5.2 all day and I weigh 78 and a 78L board. You’ll go faster and won’t get tired like wearing a weight jacket.

Well done, Fingers. You sailed more Km than I did in the three days. I did manage to sail 2 days in a row, but 3 was too much

you are right Boz i was  way over powered up the top end, the last time i was there a had a 4.8 mt sail

although it was ok down the bottom end as it was only about 10-15 knots most of the time

every bit of advise is always welcome Boz,  thanks
