Stanley, TAS, AU, A great session with Dave at West inlet in a true Northerly.

Spent most of my time on the iSonic63, the wind was light to start with and square to the bank.

It was a high low tide so not a lot of bank to work with but what we had was great, just a bit choppy

running off the end of the run both ways. Early we were doing runs out to sea then later as the wind swung the best speed was heading back in.

The forecast was spot on, starting NNE then shifting Northerly later and increasing.

iSonic 60 and 53 | MACH4 6.2 | Tribal WS27 and Sym Speed 25

Another great sail at West Inlet, this time with just Cookie and myself out.  Got there to not a lot of wind, but true to forecast it came in NNE and slowly swung NNW, making the bank sailable both ways, favouring the run out to start and then the run in to finish.  I think I had a 39 knot 2-second on the 60, before swapping to the 52 and getting quite a few runs over 40 knots.  The wind dropped for a bit, so I swapped back to the 60 and then when it picked up again I swapped back to the 52, so good to see how the two boards compared with the same sail.

I noticed my 500m was 37 knots today, which was better than the other day (35 knots), suggesting we were able to use a lot more of the bank today.
