Very interesting sail. Low tide, NE and not that much wind forecast.  Was going to take the foil out, but was keen to sail the new iSonic 77, so took that out with the 7.8.  Sailed out through the channel and into the bay, where there was just enough wind to get some nice runs in.  Then sailed back through the channel and up past Rabbit Island.  The wind seemed to be funnelling through there a bit and it was nice and flat, allowing me to get my top 2-second speed.  Need to explore this area a bit more!  The new 77 felt great, as the wind dropped to nothing at times and it still had plenty of float and would pop up onto the plane very easily as soon as there was a puff of wind.
