Christchurch Estuary, NZ  Carbon ART  62   Pepi speed weed 23 and MIkz 34  S2 Venom 6.2

A week in CHCH and finally a sail.  Lucky I picked the eastury as my old mast base destroyed itself on the bank before I hit the water.

Great to sail round with Mike and some other locals

Christchurch Estuary, NZ

At last a nor' easter.

SL68 and SL73, Turbo 6.0, Iwi 34 and Tribal 24

Terry and me gybing side by side for the best alpha.

Plenty of chop about early on, sailed until the tide had gone and Pete started off thenLaughing

Actually got my best speed with my Tribal weedy 24cm, hanging out the back of the board like a beaver tail.

Christchurch Estuary, NZ ..Despite stuffing my car with two boards, numerous sails, masts and booms I didn't have the right rig. Sailed until 1930 hoping for the wind to pick up, but it never really did.

..Should have had my Carbon Art 82 and a 7.0, there was enough wind that I could have had plenty of fun with that setup - So difficult to get this sport right sometimes.

Oke Wave, Sev/Overdrive 6.2

CA78, Overdrive 6.2, Flikka 22 & Tribal 16
