Port Sorrell, TAS, AU that was just hectic, no sand up. well, only a real little bit, but with current flowing around it. Horrible wind just not a good situation

But now all the crew safe

Same gear as yesterday but a lot more wind and a lot less sand bank.  As Perks said - hectic!  I was first down to the beach and wasn't sure whether to even go out as it had just picked up to about 40 knots and it was just all chop.  It dropped off a bit though and so I headed out and was glad to see the others coming out soon after, as there was a lot going on with the strong wind and so much water movement everywhere.  Everyone safe and sound though and certainly reminds you of just how challenging the conditions can get.

Stanley, TAS, AU, Well that was hard work. Started at East inlet, WNW to start with but only 20 knots, then a squall came through

40 to 50 knots with heavy rain for 15 min, just stood in knee deep water holding on to the gear. After the squall I got a 26 knot run

but it was now too broard. De rigged and headed over to West inlet. Now the wind was westerly ment the runs were short.

It was starting to get late, went out on the low tide for a couple of 37s to start, then a 39.9 a 40.7 and a 38
