Jack Bogan (3705km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU Out with Mike , Glenn and Phillip. Lots of holes to start with, too much east in the wind. Filled in nicely @ 3.00 when wind shifted to a Southerly but had to go. | ||||||||||||||||||
Peter Daish (26030km): Lake George, SA, AU 20 to 30 knots SSE. FMX racing new board 98 L 63cm , 6.3 GS-R 22 tribal delta speed. What a day, trying alphas all day long and tuning the new board. must have tried 25 alphas and finally got dial in on the 50m circle. had a few 28.5 at 60m but finally got within the circle. Board sooo good, lots more in the board for speed, speed talk just kept sayong 39,39 ,39 ,39 ! needed more wind. Tricky came out a ripped his sail, then broke a mast!! The exact opposite day for him, Calm him with couple beers and a nice steak on the barbe. Sail quick came up for a sail finding some smooth water and shallow on his 16 cm fin!! Tune in the new FMX speed board tomorrow hopefully

Tricky Bogan (21417km): Tragic Tuesday Sailed with Pete who was rigging the 6.3 so I went for the Loft RB 5.6 Isonic 87 Techtonic Speed Deamon 21 was just jetting dialed & Pete saiid it Alpha day so cranked a great entery flipped the sail touched the fin on the bottom & the slowmo knee in the sail foot So that was that back at the beach decied to take a spoon of cement & rigged the Loft 6.3 ( grew up to be a BIG Boy) Was getting better speed on the 6.3 but was "plenty" on the up wind leg Stopped for a rest & Pete said Oty time lets go , lifted my sail out of the water & it had a kink in it now I knew what the creak was coming down the strip So a 30 min walk back to shore was the end on my day. Was not keen on going for the hat trick Finnished with a beer & a great cook steak thanks Cheif Pete |
