Welcome aboard too Dale. Great to see you are getting some wind over there. Not missing much here, drizzling rain and not much wind. Ahh summer. Love it.

Hi Dale and Jeff,

I see you don't have distances listed.

If you are using Real Speed for your results then if you go to the file properties it will list the distance in kilometers. If not then you could use the distance function on the GPS itself.

Anyway they are great results for your first time out.

Thanks Karl, I didn't know where to get the distance info from and have now posted it. We could have posted results on the 26th but as it was our first day here we didn't have the GPSs ready.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement.

Kato, over here you get to have a couple of Coronas and some chips after sailing, versus Sandy Point where you have to defrost yourself and have something warm to drink! I think you could appreciate that the Coronas come before the GPS updates... Cool I would try and beat your and Pete's distance records but the lure of a cool beer or two could end the attempt early...

(Whoever designed this hard case for the GT11 mucked up; how are you supposed to use the joystick? Laughing )
