Great to get out again so soon. Todays mission was drop the kids off to school, sail for 5hrs and pick them up. Nice Easterly blowing in at Frederick Henry Bay. A bit windier than Sun, nicely powered up with the Isoinc 107, Reflex 7.0 and 40cm C3 Sting. This is such an awesome spot to sail, although the waves were bigger today.

Quick sail after work to support Steve.  Kaleb's still out!!

Isonic 107, Reflex 7.0 and Venom 40 for the 1 hr and then a few quick runs on the iSonic 86 with the 7.0.  All combos felt great.  Not that windy, be good if there had been a bit more!!

Well done Steve on your distance PB!!

went out with the 6.7 and CA44 and 26cm venom, got a 22.58 hour.  Went in to change to the JP60 and realised I had a broken batten so rigged the 6.1.

How'd you find the 6.1 Kaleb, I know you don't use it much, but you were obviously flying out there with that sail.

Well done Jez!

Dave, 6.1 feels completely different to both others sails I have, but then again I just rigged it and hit the water, no tuning! (good power across the wind, didnt go off the wind at all during the 1hour)

Approx. 46 gybes for the 1 hour. I hate gybing!

Thanks for the comments guys. Yes Evets I was fully powered up and sailed 5 hours non stop, I would have done 200km if I didnt have to pick the kids up from school. My 1hr was the same as last Sun but I thought it would have been quicker because it was a bit windier. The waves were quite big so going out I had to keep dodging the peaks which slowed me down. The Reflex 7.0 and the Isonic 107 felt fantastic, the 40cm C3 Sting was good for across the wind sailing but a C3 Venom would have been better for off the wind. I have just ordered a 42cm Venom for that combo, which should make it faster. The wind was a solid 15-18 knots.
