Johno (4871km):
5002 days ago Third sail for the year severe lack of match fitness, Jordan wanted some backup for a nm run and ended up a good day. We started by rigging up the 6.6 (me) and 6.5 Jorda,n way overpowered so went to the 5.0's, good size for the day.
I ran aground and went over the front yet again and broke one arm of my boom, it was almost a NM back to the van so I decided to walk up to where I could get a NM and using the good side of the boom headed for home. The wind gusted up a fair bit and I got my 2 sec top speed and fastest NM with a broken boom awesome!!! Isonic 76 KA 5.0 Venom 30

Great day sailing with Johno, with nauticals the job at hand. Extremely pleased with the pb and congrats to johno on coming close to his pb. Rigged the 6.5 on the 86slim first and did one run out upwind completely out of control. So headed back in to change down and did my best 2 sec for the day then(36.01 on the dial). Changed down to the 5m on the IS50 which let me feel alot more in control. An extremely good sail and mission accomplished thanks again to Johno for the lift!

Fun sail at Mortimer. Todays mission do a good NM. Only the second time I have used the 7.0 on the Isonic 86 with the 34cm C3 Venom. Cobo felt fantastic. Pretty powered up but could have done with more wind.

Another quick sail after work, with just my iSonic 86, Reflex 7.0 and 34 Venom in the car (no trailer) and same combo as Steve! Had a ball on this combination, it is so sweet. Wind was maybe 18-20 knots and Steve and I were just doing bear aways off the wind for a NM. The run is only about 1.1 NM so you gotta get going and stop pretty quick and try not to get too much chop. Be nice if it was just a tad longer (maybe 50-100m)!!
Kaleb sailed up around the corner from where Steve and I were sailing and hopefully went well also (he'll probably trump the lot of us)!
Fantastic to see the guys up north do so well. What a team effort to bump up our NM for the month - can't ask for much more that what happened today - WELL DONE TEAM!!

5002 days ago Pipe Clay Lagoon, TAS, AU Nice to have a big tide and enough water to sail straight across to the other side rather than down the channel. Needed to as the wind was slightly south west. Bit of fun after a day at the office.

Bit of a weird wind direction, so ended up in the pond on a SSW'ish wind on a high tide. Was sooooo gusty but good to get out. Another mysterious rip in the sail, that's twice at the lagoon the same has happened. Some help from the boys and some Mylex tape got back on the water but just to gusty to be enjoyable in the end. Should of got the small board out for a play.
