Bulli, NSW, AU  A ripper noreaster at Sandon Point.  Got stuck into some downwinders, Ledge to Lancelin practice, have to do it again one of these years.

Upwind to Austi with Darren and Nic, downwind to Sandon, a rest and then on to Corrimal.  Nic had passed the batten to John. That line on the tracks is 8.8 km, the  L to L is 17km as the crow flies. Just got to double it.

84L JP wave 5.9m loft. Hard slog upwind to Austinmere from Sandon would have loved El capitain's fin but he was way too fast to catch.

Great adventure, fantastic downwind!

Safety Bay, WA, AU

A good day today, even though it was on a 8.5m and a 135L board. The wind got more steady after 6pm, but still a good day.

Spaghetti anyone?

Lake Illawarra. Back at home sailed lake Illawarra, great to get some decent wind again. Terry and Glenn out there too. Sailed up in the bay, wind very fluky, but strong. On 118 SLalom and 7.8 RS. Nice to be home!

Typical WA weather, we were on  fives to sixes over here. But good distance Formula Nova, along with Keef that's 79.27 a good score for our monthly tally.  Remember our goal, a top 10 place at least one month this year!

Yes Michael, we were pretty chuffed after our downwinder, I think we'll be keen to do a few more.  Keep in touch when the noreasters are blowing and come on down, the Gong has an ideal coast for it and is not far from Sydney. We returned from the second half with a car shuffle, it makes it a lot easier.

Good one Tex, got our 2 sec , along with Keef, to 31.16, which is only 0.02 behind our besy for the month.  I've worked it out.  If we do a best for the month the average in that bottom row of the table gets printed in BOLD.  So we improved in 3 categories yesterday. Well done.

Keef, an 8.5m was what I needed to use to get planing. It was lightish wind here. Anthing less and I would have been slogging. The wind filled in later, and it wasn't until around 6pm that it was really fun. I tried to upload the google earth image, but couldn't figure it out last night. It looks like spaghetti.

huge walk bushy but well worth it , don't bring the race board hehehehehehe, most of the sailing area is waist beep   there's weed about 12" under the surface and nothing floating on the surface ,i used the 21 slingshot (abit small for the peanut and 6.2) next time "if there's water" ill use the ca44 and the speedy weedy Wink

ps never ever picked up any weed all day but i'm sure a weedy will be hips faster, see if i can get Jase onto some speed gear Ive got some crap i want to get rid of besides i need the cash Laughing
