Another good sail on the ML148 and the 7.6m.

Pretty bonkers out in the middle today, often overpowered on my 6.2 but I couldn't face changing down to a wave sail so persevered... and naturally crashed. Good job Karl was filming me at the time, or I might have got away with no-one noticing..!

Definitely feeling rusty after so little sailing recently, chickening out of quite a few downwind runs. One runway bearaway I did stick with started at the tail of a taxiing 747 and finished some way ahead of it, which was awesome..! I was unhooked the whole way though, so sure was I that I'd stack it, but managed to keep it under control for once.

Started getting tired from being overpowered too much, so only a short session - but a sweet one...

Wow the forecast wasn't for such strong winds. Arrived as people were saying it was getting windier and people were rigging 7s and sixes. So rigged the 6.6m. Out on the water it was overpowering. My sail was okay but the board was really too big. I'm a fool for not using a smaller board. Chatted to a bloke afterwards who had been sailing really well. He was using a 4.7m sail and an 80 litre board.......

Not a huge number of people out there. Met Wally164 from the Mauraders. Realised who you are after the fact.

Good to see Craig, Sean, Stuart, Mike, David and so forth. I'll check out video and pictures and see if there is anything worthwhile to post.

Well done on the PBs Stuart.
