Another good day. My 49year old body is stuffed, very weirey. Pleased with the 5.4, with the few more knots today it felt much better with the fin combo. And again another nice alpha PB.

Well got the LG 40kt monkey off my back, thank god! Did so many 39's(including a 39.9) its not funny. Started to slowly hit some form and slowly got better as the day wore on. Moved my footstraps around which seemed to help! Didnt really nail the hour today so will probably have another crack at it tomorrow. Still room to improve here tomorrow in most catergories, still happy with today efforts Smile

Again the team here smoked it!!

Lake George is such a magical place, just flat water everywhere!

IS86sl/IS50, 5.6 reflex3(patched up after yesterdays incident), C3 21 slingshot/Vector delta 23 weedspeed

James has came up with a new team slogan "frothing off our chops" what do you guys think? Wink
