Wind up and down but its always like that at RB. Saw a whale 3 times and a seal. Or was that 3 whales and a seal.

Another day of full-on racing.  Started with the freerace in around 18-22 knots of wind, then seven heats of slalom racing.  Covered over 80km and can feel it now!  Wind was fairly steady and /i was nicey powered up on the 7.8 and the 110 (felt really good).

Dorans, TAS, AU  Late afternoon sail, virtually no wind initially, but then it came in, alternating between good, nothing and survival mode every few minutes, making things interesting.  iSonic 115/68, Severne Gator 6.5, Vector Rockit 38cm

Utterly exhausted. Red raw on my palms from blister that have popped. Sailing 2 full disaplines daily is asking too much for this old body.

Ilot Casy, Baie du Prony, New Caledonia. Fanatic Cross Cx 120, Koncept 5.8

First windsurf in over a year. Despite being open in SE wind, the waves smoothed and rounded nicely in the channel between Ilot Casy and Grand Terre, making for smooth and fun sailing conditions. Managed to pull off a couple of carving gybes.
