Nicely powered up but really didn't feel like sailing today with my red raw palms. Each gybe was very painful and nearly called it quits at 20 minutes in but keep myself out there. Decided not to inflick any more pain and didn't do any of the slalom races today.

Another full-on day of racing with Freerace up first in a strengthening 20-25 knot wind. Then the slalom in a classic down-wind M-shape course in 25-30 knots of wind. Difficult sailing all day! Would have liked to have been sailing on a smaller board and sail!! Green Island is turning it on!! Race Committee is doing a fantastic job with the courses and all-around organisation.
