Very hard session, too northely for most of it. Needed alot more wind for the 5.4m but anyway. Allways good to be on the water. Good to catch up with Ferg, Steve and Alan.
Ferg is really looking the goods now. Just needed more wind! It was a hard day for speed, fingers crossed you got a PB. If not, don't worry too much, the speeds will come Trust me, i've been in exactly the same positon. And now the the new sails and board, look out Juniors!

3402 days ago 1 categories Stanley, TAS, AU, West Inlet. Short solo session right on low tide at the end of the day. Wind was NNW gusting to 35 right at the finish.
It was a really high low tide, started the run in the surf, sailed along the bank then out into the chop. It was too shallow
to follow the bank all the way around today. Anyway a possible spot record.

Fantastic day windsurfing in Ouvea, New Caledonia. Wind was consistently there all day between 15 and 25 knots. Had done 130km by lunch and decided to have a stab at 200km. The last 40km were a bit more work than fun!

3402 days ago Port Sorrell, TAS, AU isonic 86 reflex4 5.6 Day trip to port sorell. Hitched a ride with Steve and Ferg- Thanks Steve.
My first time speed sailing on a speed run. Wind was nnw so a little to square on and not strong enough apparently.
Isaac came out and was sailing through the chop to the beach on the other side to line himself up on the return trip for the run down the
sandbank with a speedy start. That looked really good so i did that and had a ball. Great day thanks Steve

Forecast looked awesome but didnt deliver. Forecast was NW 30-35 knots. Got one lucky gust out of the 2 good gusts that came through. Great fun sailing along the sand bar in a N/NW direction meant you didnt have to bear off into any nasty chop. Great to have Al on board for his first trip to the bar and my trusty wingman Fergus. Dont worry Fergus we will get a good day next time, its all good practice. Still though it wasnt a bad day. Good to see you Izaak I nearly got you on the 2 sec.

Fun sail when could get up and going along the run. Wind never happened unfortunently. Had really good speed up and was matching dad but just didn't get a good gust to push that speed to where it was needed, only had around 5 runs all day. Up side is the gear is extremely quick and will smash that next time.
