PD115, HSM GPS 7.3, MXR 36 Katana
Quick session after work in a a really nice proper Nor'Easter about 19-26 knots. All the usual crew out, but Remi was missing from the entourage. Fully lit on the 7.3. Disapointingly dropped a few gybes, but managed a couple decent ones over at the runway.
Very impressed with the MXR 36cm Katana... perfect combo with the 115 ...it pointed amazingly well, never let go with a heavy back foot, and was blistering quick off the wind. That's the fastest I've managed on the Patrik 115 and I think it was the fin (although the 7.3 was at my upper comfort level). Very happy to have finally found a great fin for the Patrik. Now I need a Katana for the 100 in maybe a 32. If anyone has one, please let me know.
