Wow full on southerly could have been on a 5.5.

Spare a thought for Remi he was on 7.0!

When will the BOM get it right forcast 15-20 actual 25-30.

Fun while I lasted.

Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU

Falcon 101, NP RSIII 6.2, Vector 25 Speedweed

Desperate sail late in the day with a fading SEaster.

Good fun for a short time. Lucky to get back to shore as the wind sputted out.

Congrats Dave on the PB mate! You went faster than Remi Cool !!!

You were hooking along today and looking very comfortable with the Falcon / NP / Vector combo!!

Shame the wind gave up though. I think we were all just getting comfortable!

Nice one Dave.Congrats mate.

Kudos to Remi and John for braving Botany in a solid 35 knots. It must've been crazy out there... especially with a 7m!! Imagine how fast you guys would've gone in the flat water at Sanctuary Point Wink

This DD team is unstoppable ! great to see you getting a pb Dave. Yes it was windy i was cycling home after work and in the gusts was going backwards :-)

Guys, if you post your tracks as anonymous in KA72 you miss on the new scores... getting too complicated?

See you on Saturday !!!

John, that's such a great photo. It really shows the wind swell and small waves breaking on the shore. Thanks for sharing. Really gives an appreciation for how hard it is to get any speed out there in those conditions.

Looking forward to some chop blasting on Saturday... I might even make it down for an arvo session on Friday. See you guys there.

Great stuff David.

Haha whenever I see your name I think of one of my bosses who has the same name. He is a good bloke too.

Cool photo. I think we need to start posting more photos to the Demerit FB page. I'll take a copy of this image and stick it up there.
