FF79 and 6.6m TR9
Nothing like as strong as yesterday so concentrated on Nauical Mile runs. I had two problems one it was really patchy so the wind never really cranked for the two minutes or so required for the NM. Second problem Budgie is barely long enough to get a NM so I didn't really know where I needed to start or finish.
I did six runs all up, two of them over my previous best, so pretty happy.
More than a year since I had a PB.
Byron was back after his big stack yesterday, he was taking things easy as he was pretty sore, I doubt he will even be able to do 200k today - poor fella

realy good day sailing two days in a row.
pulled up sore this morning after massive 40 knot plus crash yesterday so why not do 200km.
enjoyed sailing today jybing in the flat was so much fun. realy wasnt enough to get the 6.6 near the turbo range but still realy enjoyed today as i did yesterday minus the crash and gear damage.
Used old Maui mast and the sail still riged realy nice a touch tighter leach at the tip due to the hard top but realy nice still.

Bump and jump session at marmong. thats the most jumps I've done in one session in a very long time. One particularly bad flat landing jarred me off the board lol.

TR8 6.6, Exocet RS4 111 / Cross 94 / JP 84 - Wind SSE 15-25 knots
Great end to the work week on the water. Rigged 6.6 then used 3 boards with it, depending on the wind. Enjoyed a couple of squirts on the little JP but wind just not quite consistent enough to stay planing with that. Changed up to the Cross 94 which was better, then finished off with the RS4.
Good to sail with Cluffy, Big Tom, Ian and Gert. Always happy to get a 30 in the chop and a 20 alpha!
Well done to the team who made the most of this southerly over the last few days and posted some awesome speeds and PBs.

Good sail at Marmong today. Started on Seatrend and 5m revo but not really strong enough. Changed to Futura 122,6.6 m AC0 and 38cm T43
This was a better combo and had a few good runs.. 15-20 knots SS/E but a bit gusty.

Always a mistake to go back the second day of a GOOD 2 DAY FORECAST EXPECTING IT WILL BE AS GOOD AS THE FIRST. A nice sail but the morning shift had the best of it. RS1, 6.6, 19MUF. Tibor, Wayne & Byron out. Went for a ride to the other side, first half was good as the big chop was a regular pattern, bounced off the other shore & the chop so huge & wind so strong I could barely get the board pointed downwind. Interesting that the wind so much stronger on that shore than in the flat areas.
