Awesome numbers Jeremy, glad you had fun. That is a very smat hour, hope the jely bean stays for that for the month. 

Add in a very nice alpha and naughty and that all adds up to a great session. Great sailing.

Elmo the hour was fairly easy, just the effects of too much sailing in the last few days and not enough fitness now catching up with my body. Oh and Morts destroyed me in the hour. And NM. I have been put in my place!

PJ that's a fair distance to do with such a large rig I wouldn't be able to hold it up! 

Wazza they tell me the secret is to just keep nudging your PB's up by a little bit at a time, kind of stuffed it now on the hour.

Morts I prob should have left the Delta in. You proved it was faster over the long run. And I think you sailed better. As you are chasing ( or leading) me so hard I am going to seek some secret weapons!

Fangy, while you're trying for a mid-30nm and everyone else is after huge numbers as well, I'll do the Gold Coast thing and have a double shot, decaf, skinny gybaccino with a picture of an over the handlebars in the froth on the top as a reminder of my real world. Take it as my  MM contribution for January.

Good stuff guys on the HR, NM and A, great PBs Morts , PJ a little lite on the Ks 

2017 is shaping up to be a good year. Hope the Albany easterlies continue for the next couple of months as the tides fill in and improve the NM and alpha, and hour locations. Add to that some great sea breezes at Liptons and it is turning out to be a great WA new year
