Pelican Point, WA, AU 96 Supercross 6.5 Gator 32 GW. Quick little squirt in the morning with the old boy. More of a bump and jump/burn and turn session.

Gusty as, and not very enjoyable until I got my new fin from Chris Lockwood, then felt more comfortable. It might have been the wind picked up a bit, might have been a placebo, but I think it was the fin. Changed an average day into a good one!

Tried the Xfire 80 but it sank much of the time, so changed to 105 Rocket, 5.8 Koncept, 31 JP weedy then CL speed weed 29.

I also got a new 33 CL SW. Looking forward to sailing on them soon.

Good to see Ken and Jeff

Got some runs in early in the day when it was less choppy and not many others were around. wind picked up mid afternoon and I started to get overpowered on the 6.2 in the big gusts. That was the first time the board has launched past 90 degrees veritcal. Got some unplanned backloop practise. Good to chat with Ricey afterwards.

Melville, 6.3 KA , M112 , 33 fin. Nice in the gusts, not so much in the big holes. great to say hi to a few people. Tried moving the mast base back a bit more and it seemed to be different, not sure it was "better", had trouble slowing down at times.

Lumpy Sunday, within first run head first into the wave sail (Jasper another repair) changed to Koyote still not much joy teeth shaking ocean seems I hit every bit of swell and waves. Still was good to sail the local even got a few jumps inLaughing

Fun blast on the FSW.

Small wavesails aren't great for naughties (surprise!), kept having to veer crosswind to maintain pressure Smile

Thanks Anita Laughing. It was my father, he has been getting back into windsurfing after a long hiatus. He has also become interested in kiting recently. I'm just happy to see him having fun on the water!

Glad you got out. I was at glory holes, wind was cranking, got a 38.5 peak and the best NM ever with no file to prove it. Stupid watch deletes good files without confirming it first. Stupid watch...stupid....grrrrrrYell

Bugger about file Lunny, I'm loving my watch but admit I'm too scared to press many buttons. Have a chat with wise Mike next time down there ?

pitty Lunny Yell.. I thing I learned with good session.. have a backup Wink normal I use 1, good sess use 2 GT31s and I lock them up so they dont reset.

I recon the 31 are the best GPS ever made, performant and simple. The 11 I use it for car exploration track Laughing. Have look around for one!?
