Millpond, when i was sailing uphill into the sun last week, I knew there were rays about, and all I could think of was you being mashed like a soggy pretzel last week. For me it always seems to take longer for the mental state, rather than the physical bits, to improve after a big off. Dont worry eventually sanity loses out and you start doing dumb stuff on a windsurfer again 

So that's where all my undies went Bob!

Thanks everyone, it may not be Lake George but Albany provided good conditions yesterday. 

 I missed three hours of daylight because I thought the tide would be too low. As it turned out it was ok. Oh well I guess that leaves an oppottunity for another time
