Had hoped to have recovered enough from last weeks off to provide a bit of backup for Steve who is trying for distance today. Did just under an hour of sailing, it was uncomfortable & could feel the bits I hurt but it was bearable. Then had one little lose of the fin & just that one sudden expected movement was enough to fire everything right up At this point I realised it just wasn't a good idea to continue, sorry Steve

Another great day in Jamieville, nice crowd and more faces to names. I was going to go for distance today but changed my mind because I didn't want to steal Craig's thunder
Wind was up and down and changing directions, I did try for a mile but it had more holes that Fangs undies. Some runs I felt like I was doing 50 knots in the gusts, untill I got the dreaded weed drag. But hey I was realy enjoying my wide corners in the smooth, I went a bit further today before my arm called it quits and I think another couple of top 5's for me so happy days.

Seemed to be chasing gusts today and mostly almost getting them (almost), a lot of chugging but with beautiful cristal clear water you could see all the wildlife swimming around lots of rays and 1 shark.
Did manage to get a few nice flights which were joy, one dismount which left a nice dent in the nose of the board right next to the other dent.
Stroppo and Tom were out there showing how it can be done properly.
Nice way to cap of the weekend

Fantastic Day with the Albanians and Ben again (sailed like a machine on his 7!!), little bit more wind that yesterday, but very underdone on the noty and had to cut it short each time.. stiil great pleasure to go up and down.
I did not take anything serious, just had a great blast around, surprised with the HR, I thought I had a 22-23!! I only started at 15.30 to back up Steve as he was going for big Ks, I though I better to get my fingers out as Jeremy was out of action and Shano too busy doing speed . Good try from Jeremy, hope you get better soon mate
Sorry Steve for the lazy distance!! you done great today champ . I had to stop early, at the end coz I almost crashed bad so I called it. Was getting tired on the edge and wind picked a notch too, each run was blasting I found!
my not serious HR, just mucking around really, great session
Great day with Herbie, RSS5.8, LSW23Custom
Happy day

thanks to Decrep for reminding me how to combine files in GPSR, see below.
