Marion Bay, TAS, AU

iSonic 90/86 | MACH2 6.2 | Tribal 29/Tectonic Speed Demon 17/21

Great sail with Steve, Tim and few others on freeride gear.  Started a 1 hr, but my boom head lost a bolt so i had to go in a swap booms.  Had a 25.16 knot 20 minutes though!! Surprised  Should have started another 1 hr, but played around trying different boards and fins after that.

Some flat water there for those who were keen to go through the shallows!

Sunny, hot and windy - pretty nice!

Marion Bay, TAS, AU  Nice late afternoon/evening sail at Marion with company. Managed to get a lucky big gust and flat water near the launch area early on before the tide dropped too far for a surprise 2S Cool. Didn't quite hook into a good alpha, and needed a bit more mojo for the 1 hour.  Kept running out of water, including when going for a honking NM and came up a bit short faceplanting in 100mm of water Embarassed.  But overall a good day with some great wind late afternoon.

IS 90, North Ram F11 5.7, VWS 27

For the record:

Marion Bay 11/01/2018 2S PB

(Note: both GPSResults and KA72 gave me a bit more than shown on the dial)

Thanks Dave and others, just loving the setup on the IS90 with the 5.7 Ram and vector weedspeed, it's working so well for the stronger winds Smile.
