WELL!! What a week it's been! Three sessions over 40, two of them with 27 alpha's! Im Stoked Cool

It was either send it after some 45 knot runs! Or Send it still and punch out some alpha's today. Very square today, so speeds were either way. And yet same with alpha's! Three 27knot jibes, both heading in on port tack (fastest one's) and another later in day heading on starboard tack. So goes to show it was dead west and dam consistant too!! Brutal chop 50-80m off the sandbar. So played the safe runs sling shotting off. Espcially maxed out on the 5.6 at times!

Awesome sail with Geoff, Ben and Elliot. Well done guys!Tongue out

Intersting to see what the Stanley crew do? Could be some ripper runs there today! Woooo number 1 for the year in Aus, for alpha's.

Stanley, TAS, AU, A good sail with Dave at West Inlet. The wind was a good direction (WSW) for most of the day.

When it did get really strong it was too broard to sail down the bank. You could still sail down the bottom end ok in this direction but i was chasing

a 5x10 score today, happy with that result. Great to sail with you Dave.

Great sail with Cookie at West Inlet.  Powered up the whole time and very powered up some of the time!  What a great spot.  Cookie was flying today, while I was still trying to come to terms with bearing off in chop, over-powered to have speed running down the bar!  Almost 50kms doing speed runs is a pretty good day - quite knackered now though, especially with the 10 hours of driving!

Well done Izaak, that's just awesome sailing with those alphas!

Great PB's Ben and Geoff!  Woohoo!!!

Cookie, you defintiely need to count how many 40-knot days you've had in the last few weeks!  You were flying today with so many 41-42 knot runs, well done!

Nice one Dave! I bet I know how choppy it was coming into that run at times too! Nearly reminds me of montagu that time. Some hairy moments!

Yes, I was thinking 'it's just like that time at Montagu' while I was out there, very similar!  A lot of the time you didn't know going into the run whether it would simply be too broad and it's hard at that point to stop, once committed.
