FMX 118 - Loftsails 8.4 - 38 fin

Dont usually use that size on the 118 but conditions called for it and with the shorter boom this year the 8.4 works really well.

As always when you get that kit out it starts blowing off the chart at times, good fu with the usual crew.

Great day with lots of friends and Alan had the first go with a foil. Dieter and Julian win the balls of steel award for keep foiling in over 25 knts gusts. Final choc. cake in Remi's honour well deserved by everybody

Remi, congats on the 20k and excellent work with the cake Georgio, just what we needed after getting smashed by a few of those gusts! Still working on the wet Canmore will see if I can post today. Garmin showed 25.6kn 2s but it felt a lot faster!

Yes, congratulations Remi on achieving 20,000km! And a well-deserved chocolate cake to celebrate for sure. Wonder if there are other numbers our statistician (powersloshin) can provide like the average of Remi’s 2 sec peak, 5x10 etc over the 20,000km? In any case we all know Remi is our most humble of windsurfing champions. Enjoy the cake!
