Lyttelton Harbour, Arrived to choppy northerly, decided to try the 6m and the foil.  Two scarey runs before it turned easterly.  Switched to Naish Supercross 97, 6.5, 35 PJ carve.  Had some wild rides, lengthened harness lines and lowered boom, felt really comfortable.  Wasn't overpowered and had the sail fully powered and had plenty of power to cut through the rough water. Wind got flunky in the end and my leg started cramping with the cold so called it a day.  Ripped my sail Yell Best windsurfing session this season.  Really felt like a workout, feeling it now.

Lyttelton Harbour, Nice session on the harbour,  Windy and nice and lumpy . Good fun running down the lump on the small board. Pin your ears back and go. Very comforrtable on the 6.3 and 20 to 25 knots, FF 79, LRB 6.3, C3 34
