Coodanup, WA, AU. Arrived to the last of the good wind and Fangman crusising around.  Started rigging 7m but then there were some lulls so went 7.8 and out on the big board with small fin as tide quite low.  Wind picked up and was spinning out on the big board/fin so swapped back to the smaller board which was far better combo.  Was ok for a bit but up and down then more and more lulls came and chugging along.  A new face (Scud) joined and a couple of kitters.  Fangman and Scud gave up but there was still enough for the big gear so rigged that..took forever to get the FF24 ready as had been buggerised by all the Anodise attempts and didn't have it ready.   Did some nice light crusing in the sun for a while but then more lulls so got a bit tedious so called it.   Shoudla been out 2hrs earlier but pleasant enough in the sun.  iSonic97, 7.8 Severne Overdrive M2, FF22

Peel Inlet, WA, AU

Great to get a sail after missing out on the few windy days over the last month or so. Wind was decent for the first 30 to 40 minutes then the occaisional struggle to get planing became more grovelling. Happy to only drop one gybe, luckily it was shallow. Should have been on the water an hour or so earlier. Grate to have Pete, Elmo and Decrepit there to join the fun although I think we all wish we rigged a little bigger.
