fangy (22667km): A quick blast in the front paddock with a huge mob. I had hightailed it back up the coast in order to have enough time for a sail, but as usual spent too much time gas bagging. A bit of a brief cruise around and then a scoot home. Chucked in the big ol' Xantos310 Party Barge FF18 Avalon 7.0.

Decrepit (54652km): Well I didn't do everything wrong, but I made a good attempt. Anita mentioned big wind lulls, better use a bigger board. But I'd psyched myself up for the 48cm board, so had to give it a go. I had one good run, then a lot of hard work. So went back for the 55cm board. That was much easier, but the 5.7 was good in the gusts, but I think I would have been better with the 6.2. Lots of company, carpark was full, good to catch up with a few foilers/wingers, that we don't see as often anymore. While rigging I noticed the 5.7 had a broken batten just in front of the camber inducer. I should have enough bits to fix oit, just have to get the broken bit out.
Bully boy fat Basil (4877km): Coodanup, WA, AU Wow ! That was fun.If I was fitter I would have stayed out longer.
waricle (18943km): Coodanup, WA, AU CA66, CA58 SCR 5.8 fangy 22 low water and weedy with frontal variable breeze with some really good gusts. A really great crowd of locals, Pinnas, and other visitors. Couldn’t time the wind strength and board size, every time I got on the 58 it dropped and when I was on the 66 it cranked! Strop turned up to do his usual 40 kts and us mere mortals just did our best! Cold but good fun.
SluGger (13777km): Coodanup, WA, AU Been a While, nice to catch up with everyone ,
Stretch (31360km): Coodanup, WA, FF99/CA52 & SCR7. Great roundup at Fangy's today, good to catch up with everyone. Good to see wingdingers Slugger & Stroppo out slapping, they haven't lost any pace . I was a fair way off the pace today, bloody Apple Watch had me thinking I had done better. Never mind, next time
Elmo (31521km): Tabou Manta 71cm, NP RSR E8 7.0, Tribal delta 21cm. We that was an interesting fun(?) session. Very low tide and wierd breeze. Intitialy set up a 100L board I got from Slugger, but (thankfully) found an issue with it so de rigged it and bunged it back in the trailer for a larger board which ended up being the right way to go anyway. After watching Gav walk almost to the chanel to launch with a 31cm fin got myself onto the water to start my trudge, thankfully the shorter fin meant I only had to go half the distance. What I found was a marginal wind, so I wasn't as brave as Hardz and Gav so I just stayed this side of the channel. Waited a bit then there was enough to get going so of I went nice short little squirt before a uturn and....stop, oh dear don't go in that far next time, walk out further. Was a bit of fun once figured out, pump pump pump, into harness find the footstraps lean back count to three (not slowly) then gybe. Got another run in sucessful gybe and spotted a bit more wind going accross so ventured forth quite nice but a bit sketchy on the way back. Got one more run across before the rain arrived and called it, surpisingly happy for a what would normally be classed as a crap session.
