489 days ago Coodanup, WA, AU. Traffic was horendous and almost turned around and gave up but glad I didn't. Many out and including another river rat Nauli plus looked ike Woody went for a few runs. Intitialy planed to try for hr but rigged 6.3 and was under powered and wasn't remotey close to required run rate so found a secluded spot and practiced Alpha's. Was good for a while unti a kiter joined me. On finish admired Dr Nefario's bulb weapon fin in the flesh. iSonic86, KAR 6.3, FF18V4

489 days ago I followed Anita's example and tried for a better Alpha. This left the high velocity antics to the fit young men including Boz, Woody (welcome back), Ant, Kai, Richo. Big crowd out in beautiful conditions.

First session back after shoulder surgery so rigged the 5.8 with short harness lines on the Falcon 56 for a stressless feel in a decent breeze. Felt fine so pushed what fitness would allow and felt relieved there was no issues after the sail. Stoked to be sailing amongst many top blokes again in great cruising conditions.

Another great sail today with penty of wind to enjoy. I didn't quite get the 2 second speed I was after but I'm stoked with the rest of my scores.

First hit out on the 57 Windtech + 6.3 SCR combo with 20 Tribal delta. Schmik set up.
Plenty of juice for some fun runs. 6.3 was comfy, so more pressure would've been good, but the breeze was pretty consistent.
Nice to catch up with some crew for xmas!

Best part of the day was seeing the smile on Woody's face after his first few runs. Looking at the way he was sailing I'm wondering if I should take a few months off. Another great day grazing the pastures with sizeable migrating and local herds. Fangy has his stingrays well trained, they seem to wave at you as you get close so you can go around them where as Hardies stingrays lay low then try to slap you on the bum as you sail past.

487 days ago A day to forget. By not rigging for prevailing conditions I rigged too small (5.0) intially and spent 30 minutes underpowered. Then decided to rig up to a 5.5 and the of course the wind picked up and was overpowered in the end.
