Albany, WA, AU Got down late arvo, lots of cars in the carpark with sailors zipping about. Top marks to Rondog he owned the day today, nice warm up for the main event tomorrow 😁

Albany, WA, AU. Usual suspects on on another glorious day.    Thanks to a combo of filming myself with the 360 on a pole and Windxtasy advice to stop and fiddle between runs I managed to improve my cross wind speed quite a bit which made getting Alpha's PB nearly automatic.  So much my Alpha's on weak side we above previous best on good side.  Didn't seem to get any real speed so stopped trying.   Next obvious thing to do was hr.  Did that then had a chat to Cannonball...he was at 135 or so Km and I was about 20km behind and I said we both have to do 200+ to make any difference to which he casually replied, "ok".    So we both trucked on till I'd passed 200 and then called it.   Ant and Kai turned up for a late short seesion.  iSonic86, KAR 5.7, FF18V4

Late sail to get the drive out the system,Missed the best of it but nice to get out.Had my session cut short when a barnicle incrusted slimey truck tyre appeared in front of me :O thought it was a ray at first,,could it be the mystery obsticle that was hiding on the naughty run, that finally freed itself ??? Wheeled it out and put it safely on land now :)) powerd by the 7.0SCR,47 Mistral ,20 ws..

Late post...the only TOW I scored at Lano this year...

Light seabreeze at Ledge, which built to 12-15K for an hour or so, but faded fast.

Patrik 91 + M wing + 10.0.

Did a few laps at Ledge, then attempted a downwinder to Lano with Tom and Bjorn.

Breeze died about two thirds in, and I dogged the last few kays until I reached Back Beach.

Nice while it lasted, and foiling the LOC is definitely do-able, especially in light air Cool

Jim you must have got up early to drive to Albany and still get 200 km in. Fantastic PBs with a big jump in hour and alpha. I like to think it was partly due to my advice. Congratulations!

Looking forward to  Cannonball's post
