Testing the bottom end, very short gusts, lots of pumping, great day to be out but.

Kyeemagh, NSW, AU. 18 to 22kn NEer. JP Hydrofoil 135, Severne Reflex R8 7.0m, SB GTR 650/95+/255-2. Probably left it a bit late to get down as conditions looked good as I was rigging up. The 7.0m was good in the gusts but they didn't last long enough to really Max out. I found myself pumping on the downwind runs when the gusts hit to try to get a bit of extra speed.

Very busy on the water, lots of people out plus the jet skis so pretty chopped up. But by 6.30pm everyone was packing up and for the last 30 minutes Ihadthe bay to myself.

Beautiful day to be on the water.
