Short session at Kurnell, NSW, AU

Why is it so arfking hard to post from KA72 to GPSTC these days?!?!

watch had 20kt alpha and 35kt peak on the display... maybe from a MASSIVE catapult (unknown cause - possibly jelly fish  - it all happened so damn fast.

  • F4 Foils 400 front, 190 tail -0.5 elec tape shim on old 100 Fuselage.
  • FMX 91 (85 might be better?)
  • Patrik 5.0 SF... too big and too small :)
Remi looked to be in much more control (OK a little more) on 6.6 and 115L board.

Primbee, NSW, AU. W 20-25kn. Fanatic Falcon 101L, Severne Reflex R8 7.0m, Fangi 20cm.

Got down later than most at 2pm, with many already packing up. But wind was actually pretty consistent, and started to get used to the bear-aways once I had managed to work upwind. Nice flat water except in the northern section of the bay.

Just after I started reaching peak speeds, the water level had dropped and I started to catch more weed and hit 3 pretty solid objects on the bottom which surprisingly didn't break the fin box but I decided to call it a day.

Good tp catch up with Mitch and Fez.

Fun session!
