Fantastic day at Botany with the regulars... Remi, Artur, George, Des, Craig, Jon. Lots of other people on the water too - you could tell summer is here. It got really good for an hour. Nice and consistant with gusts up to 28 knots. I was going to try and crack my first 1000klms today, but the wind eased back too much and I was sloggin' on the 100 at the end, so had to pull the plug on that plan. Still had a great time though and the wind was some of the best we've had this summer.

I97, old hellcat 6.2 and C3 sting 34cm
Rigged small as it was strong when I got there. Good for about half an hour and then should have rigged bigger after that but kept out with the 6.2. Great sail, and good to see lots of DDs sailing and chatting afterwards.
