Remi Dunoyer (24497km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU Exocet RS4 - Mauisails TR16 7.7 - ERD 38 Nice sailing with the crew, could have done with a bit more wind.

Nigel (4616km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU (S/SSW 16-23) PD100, HSM GPS7.3, BP RS36 Started off very light and I was going to pack it in after 6 klms, but then it filled in okay. Still not great, but enough to stay planing most of the time. Wish I had brought my 8m and 115, but thought it was going to be a lot windier than it was. It was surprisingly rough out the runway and I seemed to drop a lot of gybes out there today, but some advice from the guys and I started making a lot more... needed to crank my turns tighter so they fit between two swells rather than drawing them out and bouncing all over the friggen place. Really good for the gybing skills that stuff. Lots out on the water, enjoying the sun. John (Slalom Freak) came down and said g'day. Good to catch up with Remi, Artur, George and Rick. Nice day. Team photo ...Artur just in front and then Remi leading the charge off in the distance.

AlfaMale (19018km): Family commitments meant I only hit the water at 5:30. By the time I rigged up, the wind had dropped below my personal wind minimum, but I was all kitted up, so decided to go out anyway. Pleasantly suprised by the second had Drake 52 (full carbon) fin, and aging Loft Racing Blade 8.6 in ~10kts of wind! I think I have found a new minimum... George (32558km): Sans Souci and Kyeemagh - gas station, NSW, AU || 15-20 S i94/ Koncept 6.2/ Sonntag 35 & Manta 113/ Koncept 7.5/ Canefire 44 First time using the i94 2010 all wood, feels like a small i101, easy to get on the plane, will sell the i97 all carbon that is a bit too close to the Manta. Wind a lot steadier at Kyeemagh, not sure why George's river has become so flukey in medium strength winds.... |
