Nigel (4616km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU || NE 19-31 PATRIK 100, OD 6.2, BP RS 34 Challenging . Super gusty and very choppy. Angry in the gusts and then nothin between. Disapointing it switched off just like that. Always good fun though and even managed a duck gybe on the inside (but stacked the next one)... the ODs are so light to throw around. Lots out on the Bay today. Nice to catch up with DD teamies John, Artur, George and Andrew. Not to forget a thanks to George for the lent mast, without which I wouldn't have been able to sail today. Thanks mate. | ||||||||||||||||||
George (32558km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU || 15-25 NE RS3/ KA Race 7.1 & Koncept 6.6/ Sonntag 35 50% sailing and 50% talking day. Gusty and up and down, not overpowered with the 7.1 but did not feel comfortable, tried to adjust something at every 2nd run. Then it got stronger and with the 6.6 was really easy, but the clouds killed the wind around 5.

Andrew (15048km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU 10-20kt NE 118L Tabou Manta, 7.0 Maui Hotsails Sailed from 12pm to 2pm. Light at first obviously, but then enough gas to have some real fun for my last hour or so. Nigel, a 7.3 in 30kt gusts, loaded up man, good stuff. Nice to see you George, been a while!
