A quick squirt after work. Wind was pretty strong so I predominatly remained in the shallows and up in the weed beds. Happy with the alpha as it certainly felt good whilst doing it.
Good luck to my teamies who are either in or are heading to Lake George along with all my other buddies. Go smash some PBs you mob!

125 Rocket, 7.0 Gator, 40 MFC liquid pro, Banged the dodgey dingstik nose job on the Rocket so swapped to a 115 Blast, 38 north shore freeride fin with the 7.0 gator after 15min. Had to leave early for an online meeting otherwise would have rigged down to a 6.5 & kept going.

ripper first daty at Lake George. Arrived here yesterday and joined the Illawarra party bus to check into Big Brother house in Beachport, no wind yesterday so just relaxed after the big drive, checked out the lake and Beachport, and then had an early dinner at the pub, jumbo thong-sized snitchels were the go but they had run out of vegetables and returned our $4 for the no show on vege's. Big sleeps for everyone and the early risers reported a good chance of some breeze today, so after coffees in town we headed to the lake early. Eckers got going on his big gear, it was light but enough to tempt me out with the 7m. Had some good cruising for an hour then it picked up and was really nice sailing. After about 40kms I dropped down to the 80l (and a poorly fitted fin so the boys told me later) and kept to the 7m. Went back on the 87l for the last 20ks. A really good intro to this windsurfing spot, its worth the long long drive even for light wind conditions. Plus there is a great crowd here and I did not see a snake today Keef. Great to meet Dont Squeeze Me Maree and Naughty Boy Mark. Thanks Nudie for lending me some PB juice for my water bottle this morning which did the job and hopefully more of Captains special mix soon.
