Kyeemagh, NSW, AU. Well that was interesting. Last minute dash down to Kyeemagh to catch the NEer (or ENE, NNE depending which minute you were looking). Look pretty gusty out by the runway but Seabreeze showed it has dropped well sub 20kn. Decided to go a little conservative with the Severne 6.2m on the JP135, SB GTR foil with the 800 front wing. Turned out to not be very conservative at all with the strong gusts returning by the time I made my first run, which resulted in my foil 2s PB before the fear part of my brain had fully kicked in. Chased it for the next hour with some good runs down the runway with Fez, Tim, Remi, Carl, Justin and others. A couple of full-speed catapults over the front from 1m up after breaching on the downwind runs took the wind out of me somewhat as well as crunching the nose on the JP, which now needs a trip to the bodyshop.Cry

Also first time I've cracked the 20kn alpha on the foil after a few decent stacks attempting higher speeds gybesLaughing

Jeez, Dieter - 21.8kn on a wingding! There are many people not going that fast on windfoils!! Nice work,

Dieter
