Remi Dunoyer (24497km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU FMX Racing 118 - Loftsails 7.7 - 36 fin Rubbish. Icing on the cake, top chat with the f#ckwit jetskiers. Cant wait for a session during the week, weekends are overrated! | ||||||||||||||||||
AlfaMale (19018km): Big day at Kyeemagh, Lots of action on the water... and not all of it mine! Jetski nearly taking out windwing close to shore Jetskis looping in standing water Jetskis weaving in front of me Jetskis buzzing past at over 100km/h Remi beating me Me Buzzing Fez Me Buzzing Jules Rescuing Georgio in the light winds Only one of these things should be standard!
Top speed run... you can see I got a bit overdone, turned further downwind to regain control and back up a bit 2s later. weeeee arrrrggghhhh wweee ! F4 337 Foil is starting to become my new favourite... not for slalom races, low end isn't there... but for speed... feels like a slalom board. I was PUSHING off the BACK foot at speed. So much more confidence after just 5 hours on this little wing. More to come! FMX was a champion New Loft SkyBlade 2022 7.0m2 sail was everything I could have wanted in a rig today.
GPS Results showing top 10 attempts at 2secon run is fun!

Jules (6892km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU. 18-22kn NEer. JP135 hydrofoil, GTR with 650 front, 255-2 stab, 95+, NP H2racing 6.6m. Didn't fill in at all to expectations and superbusy in the carpark with the markets on but after chatting with Rick for about an hour waiting for wind, got a good sail anyway. Jetskis causing crazy chop on the inside. The older H2 Racing actually felt OK on the foil but couldn't seem to get that last extra gust to really launch. Starting to fell more comfortable on the 650 wing now, it prefers a bit of windward rail lean to keep the pressure on. Downwind on top of the board still a bit sketchy. Great to see a big crew out - Rick, Berowne, Remi, Giorgio, Fez to name a few. Berowne was motoring on the new front mini-wing |
