Roar (11958km): Primbee, NSW, AU JP 92 / MXR 24 weed speed / 5.9 TRX wow what a day at primbee - some huge gusts and bumpy water made for some interesting rides lack of fitness did not helop at all - i was struggling to put 2 runs togeahter back to back ! managed to do 1 good NM and a couple good gybes but most the time I was too exhausted to attempt gybing. good to see nigel and all the illawarra speedstres and the ACT gutbusters down there. lets hope for more to come. | ||||||||||||||||||
Nigel (4616km): Primbee, NSW, AU || WNW 19-34kts PATRIK 48, HSM GPS 6.6/5.5, GS 19cm Wow, what an awesome day at Primbee... well worth the wait. Sunny, warm and windy! Great to see everyone today, including Stu, Gav, Jason, Keef, Matt, Bushfire, Terry. Nice to meet NBR and a couple of other guys. First session on the Patrik Speed 48. What a sweet ride!! First run I was fully lit all the way from the boat ramp to Windang and clocked a 35 in the process. It was super choppy for Primbee, but the Patrik was so smooth and well behaved. I headed back up to the ramp, u-turned and did it again. A few bare-aways later and I had 36 on the clock. I went down chasing a NMI today, so really stoked to get home and see a PB. Really worked hard for those scores in the chop today... I think everyone worked hard today. It was sketchy at times. Looking forward to trying the speed 48 in the glass at Budgie. Woohoo
